I wanted to take this opportunity to express my most sincere appreciation to Jerry Holcomb for his absolutely outstanding service to me and my family ” I shopped Jerry’s rates against those I found on one of those heavily advertised internet sites. I found the rates there to be much lower than Jerry’s, and decided to save a few dollars and go with one of the lenders listed on the site. What a mistake. It was a classic bait and switch, and they waited until I was at the closing table to tell me the rate was not 3% on a 3 year ARM as quoted, but 8.5% so that we would be stuck, having to accept the loan or risk losing the house. That’s when I called Jerry again. I told him about the problem with the internet lender, and Jerry jumped into action. Jerry hand carried our loan throughout the entire process and this is what is so amazing to me – Jerry had our mortgage approved in just 2 days, we closed on the 4th day. I called Jerry on a Monday night; we met on Tuesday, and closed on that Friday, and with the same rate Jerry quoted a the beginning (4% 3 year ARM)
